return. No questions asked.
All returns must have an Return Merchandize Authorization
number (RMA). Simply call us at (610) 518-0645from 8:00 - 4:00 Eastern
time. Or email us at mark@whitelightproductions.com
The jewelry must be packed in a box with the RMA on the outside.
No padded mailers or envelopes -- the US Mail is brutal.
Please ship your return insured with a tracking number.
We prefer UPS as they visit everyday.
Our work is warranted for 90 days on all craftsmanship.
This does not include glass breakage.
The jewelry is glass so please be careful. If you accidentally
break a piece we will replace the glass at a nominal charge. Call
